Vehicles Equipment Living equipment for all vehicles (crockery, cutlery,
cooking utensils, sleeping bags or duvets, pillows and towels) are
included in the daily rental price at no extra cost. Depots Main Branches are situated in Auckland, Wellington, Picton and Christchurch. ALL vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at the branch nominated at the time of booking. Arrangements can be made prior to commencement of the rental for an alternative City for pick-up / drop-off arrangements. Special conditions and a remote location fee will apply. For InterIsland travel we will be happy to make the necessary ferry bookings. Bookings are strongly recommended if your are travelling between October and March. Standard Insurance See our special travel insurance rates for international visitors to New Zealand The hirer is liable for the first NZ$1500.00 (NZ$2500 for divers under 25 years) of any damage caused in any one accident. The bond paid at the commencement of the hire is to cover this. Payable by Cash, Travellers Cheques in New Zealand Dollars or a Credit Card. The bond will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the vehicle. Excess (Deductible)
Reduction Cover Cancellations. There is a cancellation fee of NZ$50 for bookings cancelled after reservations have been confirmed.The NZ$100.00 per person deposit is forfeited if bookings are cancelled within 21 days of departure. 50% of the hire costs will be taken for cancellations within 14 days of the start of the hire. No refunds are available once travel has commenced. |
