Additional Persons
No more than three adults may share
a hotel room. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children may share a hotel
unit. Not more than 6 persons may share a motel unit.
Children
Children under the age of 12 years
who share a room with two adults will be charged 60% of the adult-share
twin tarif. Please enquire for other adult, child combinations.
Insurance
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended
to cover against lost or damaged luggage, accident or sickness,
or the need to curtail your holiday. Health care in New Zealand
is not free to international visitors.
Payment, Amendments and Cancellation
A deposit of NZD 100.00 is payable
at time of booking. Full payment is required no later than 35 days
prior to the date of commencement of your holiday.
Note: Bookings within 24 hours
of departure may incur a late booking fee.
Once your holiday has been confirmed,
subsequent amendments will be subject to a fee of NZD 50.00. Cancellations
35 days or more, prior to departure will be subject to a fee of
NZD 100.00. Cancellations within 35 days of departure will be subject
to a fee of NZD 150.00 plus any fees charged by the service providers.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the departure of your holiday
will be subject to a fee of NZD200.00 plus any fees charged by the
service providers.
Alterations to Itinerary
Amendments to your holiday may be
necessary due to alteration of transport operating schedules. In
the unlikely event of this occurring you will be informed as soon
as possible. Should a major alteration be necessary prior to the
commencement of your holiday and you do not wish to continue we
will waive any applicable cancellation fees and provide you with
a full refund.
Refunds
No refunds will be made once travel
has commenced. Nor will refunds be made on unused portions of holidays
except when the traveller was unable to avail themselves of a service
or activity due to events beyond their control.
Prices
All prices are quoted in New Zealand
Dollars and are inclusive of New Zealand Government Goods and Services
Tax. Great care has been taken to ensure that prices quoted in this
site are correct, however they are subject to change without advance
notice.
Travel Documents
It is passengers responsibility
to ensure they have the necessary and correct travel documents to
enter New Zealand. Confirmation of a Holiday New Zealand tour in
no way means that a traveller will have the legal right to enter
New Zealand.
Responsibility
Holiday New Zealand Ltd. acts only
as an agent for the principals represented in this brochure and
does not actually operate any service or activity.
The company accepts no responsibility
for any failure to provide or curtailment of services or operations
described within this document.
The provision of the service is
upon the terms and conditions specified by the provider thereof.
Nor does Holiday New Zealand Ltd accept liability for any death,
injury, delay, inconvenience, cost or expense incurred arising out
of or in connection with the participation or use of any service
or activity described within this brochure.
The purchaser expressly waives all
and any rights, claims and remedies he/she or his/her executors,
administrators or dependants may have against Holiday New Zealand
Ltd.
No employee or agent of Holiday
New Zealand Ltd has any authority whatsoever to amend, cancel or
alter these conditions in any way.
Law Of Contract
The contract of passage is subject
to the laws of New Zealand and any disputes arising will be litigated
only in the appropriate New Zealand court.
Validity
The prices on this Website are valid
until 30 September 2007.
